New grape analysis possibilities for winemakers
The grape must calibration package for the OenoFoss™ wine analyser has been extended with four new possible calibrations: Gluconic Acid, Density, Malic Acid and Tartaric Acid.
Including existing measurement options such as the Yeast Assimilable Nitrogen calibration released earlier this year, it is now possible to measure up to nine grape must parameters with the OenoFoss.
Oenofoss also measures key parameters for must under fermentation and finished wine. Rapid objective analysis information helps winemakers to cross-reference important winemaking decisions such as when to harvest grapes and when to bottle.
