IDF and ICAR Berlin 2014: interest in new MilkoScan screening models and raw milk testing seminar
FOSS was pleased to discuss developments with analytical technology at this year’s combined IDF/ISO Analytical Week ICAR Conference in May.
Among the discussion topics, the new screening models for the MilkoScan FT1 analyser proved interesting to many. The new models are now available to make raw milk screening more accessible. Untargeted models can be used to screen for abnormalities and targeted models can be used to quantify the content of Hydroxyproline, Sodium Nitrate, Melamine, Maltodextrine and Cyanuric acid added to milk. Read more about the models here in our latest edtion of the FOSS In Focus magazine.
